All items are sent with external courier companies or postal services.
Homebrands undertakes to send all items with the chosen delivery services timeously however will not be held responsible for delivery dates being missed due to failure of delivery companies to perform the required services.
Homebrands will however endeavor to send all goods out within 72 hours of receiving any orders subject to stock availability. Should an item not be in stock at the time of order the customer will be able to choose to either be refunded or to wait until the ordered stock arrives.
All items will be sent to the most convenient place for collection where there is always someone who can receive the order. This may entail the closest post office.
